Terms of Service
These terms cover the purchase and use of the Radiant Lowland PowerGrade sold at radiantlowland.com by Andres Cardona, trading as Radiant Lowland. Buying the files means you agree to them. They're written to be read.
What you're buying
A digital download: the Radiant Lowland PowerGrade for DaVinci Resolve, delivered as a node tree for Resolve Studio and one for the free version (.drx, with a .dpx gallery still of each), a .cube LUT, and the video training. The file list on the product page is the authoritative description of what's included at the time you buy.
Payment and delivery are handled by Whop (https://whop.com), which acts as the merchant of record. Your card details never reach this site. Whop's own terms apply to the payment itself.
Personal licence
Every purchase includes a personal licence. It's non-exclusive, worldwide and doesn't expire. You can install the files on any machine you personally use, and apply the grade to any footage you own or have the right to edit, for your own projects: your channel, your portfolio, your reel, your family's videos, personal passion work.
The personal licence does not cover work you are paid for. That's the commercial licence below.
Commercial licence
The commercial licence is an add-on offered at checkout. It extends the personal licence to paid work: client projects, advertising, branded content, agency deliverables, stock footage you sell, and any other work where someone pays you for the result. It covers an unlimited number of projects and clients, with no attribution required and no per-project fees.
The commercial licence belongs to the person or business that bought it. A studio that wants several colourists using the grade buys one commercial licence per person.
If you bought without the commercial licence and later need it, email and you'll get a link to add it for the difference.
What you can't do under either licence
Resell, rent, lend, sublicense or give away the files, in whole or in part, modified or not.
Share the download link, the files or your Whop access with anyone else, or post them anywhere others can get them.
Bundle the node tree, the LUT or the training into another product, course, preset pack or plugin, whether sold or free. Grades you build by modifying this one for your own use are fine; publishing the modified tree is not.
Present the node tree or the training as your own work, or use the Radiant Lowland name to sell something else.
Use the files or the training to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine-learning model.
Finished videos you grade with it are yours. None of this restricts what you do with your footage; it restricts what you do with the files.
Ownership
The node tree, the LUT, the training material and everything on radiantlowland.com remain the intellectual property of Andres Cardona. A licence is permission to use them, not a transfer of ownership.
Compatibility and results
The PowerGrade is built for DaVinci Resolve. The product page lists the versions it's been tested on and which files need Resolve Studio. It is your responsibility to check that against your setup before buying; if you're unsure, email first.
Colour grading is subjective and depends on your footage, your exposure and your monitor. The files are provided as they are, with no guarantee of a particular look or a particular result on your material. That is what the 14-day refund is for: see the Refund Policy.
Refunds
Fourteen days from purchase, full refund, no questions, and you keep the files. The details are in the Refund Policy.
Updates
If the PowerGrade is updated, the new files are added to your Whop download at no charge. Updates are not promised on any schedule, and future products are separate purchases.
If the terms are broken
If you distribute the files or otherwise break the licence, the licence ends and you must delete every copy. That doesn't change what you owe for any harm done, and it doesn't limit any other remedy available under law.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Radiant Lowland is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the files, including lost revenue on a project, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded under the law of your country, and nothing here removes consumer rights you have under that law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing in this section takes that away.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top is the version that applies. A change never removes a licence you already paid for.
