Privacy Policy
This site sells one product and has no accounts, no comments and no forms. It still collects some data, most of it through the companies that run payment, hosting and ads. Here is exactly what, and how to say no to the parts you can say no to. It's operated by Andres Cardona, trading as Radiant Lowland.
What this site itself collects
Nothing you type: there's nothing to type into. No account, no sign-up, no newsletter box.
Like every web server, the hosting provider logs each request: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the time, and the page that linked here. These logs are used to keep the site running and to notice if something breaks. They're kept for a limited time by the host and aren't matched to who you are.
When you buy
Checkout runs inside a frame served by Whop, the merchant of record. Whop collects your email address, your payment details and your billing country to take the payment, send your receipt and deliver the download. Your card number goes to Whop and its payment provider only; it never touches this site. Whop's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
What this site receives back from Whop is the fact that a purchase completed, a receipt reference and the amount, so the ad platforms below can be told a sale happened. This site does not receive your card details.
Radiant Lowland can see your email address and order details in the Whop dashboard. They're used to deliver the product, answer your emails, process refunds, and send updates to the files you bought. They are not used for a newsletter unless you separately opt into one, and they are never sold.
Advertising pixels
Traffic to this page comes from paid ads, and the ad platforms need to know which ads led to sales. To do that the site loads the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and may load the TikTok Pixel. Each one sets cookies in your browser and sends the platform a record of the page you viewed, buy buttons you clicked, and, if you buy, that a purchase happened and for how much. It also sends your IP address and browser details, and, if you're logged into that platform, lets it connect the visit to your account.
The platforms use this to measure the ads, to show you ads for this product on their own apps afterwards, and, in aggregate, to find people similar to those who bought. Their use of the data is governed by Meta's privacy policy and TikTok's privacy policy.
You can opt out. Ad blockers and browsers with tracking protection (Safari, Firefox, Brave) stop the pixels from loading at all, and the site works exactly the same without them. You can also turn off ad personalisation inside your Meta settings and TikTok settings, and clear the cookies in your browser at any time.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The cookies you'll find come from the advertising pixels above (Meta's _fbp and _fbc, TikTok's _ttp) and from the payment frame, which needs a session to complete a checkout. There's no banner because the site doesn't serve visitors in a way that legally requires one for these cookies today; if that changes, the banner will appear and the pixels will wait for your answer.
Who else sees data
Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (United States), which sees the server logs. Payment and delivery are by Whop. Ad measurement is by Meta Platforms and, when enabled, TikTok. Each of these acts under its own privacy terms and, where needed, standard contractual safeguards for moving data between countries. No other company receives your data, and none of it is sold.
How long
Order records stay in Whop for as long as needed to honour refunds, deliver updates and meet tax and accounting rules. Server logs are kept by the host for a short rolling window. Pixel cookies expire on the schedule set by each platform, typically 90 days for Meta, or when you clear them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (the EU and UK under GDPR, California under the CCPA, and elsewhere), you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its use for advertising, and to receive a copy. Email hello@radiantlowland.com and it will be handled within 30 days. For data held by Whop, Meta or TikTok, the fastest route is usually their own privacy tools, linked above, but you can start with an email here and be pointed the right way.
This site does not sell personal information as the CCPA defines it. Sharing with ad platforms for measurement may count as "sharing" under that law; opting out is described under Advertising pixels above, and browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are honoured by the platforms that receive it.
Under 18
The product is sold to adults. If a minor has bought something here, email and the order will be refunded and the data deleted.
Changes
If what's collected changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. Anything new that needs your consent will ask for it.
Contact
Email hello@radiantlowland.com and you will get a reply from a person, usually within two business days.
